Unless otherwise agreed payment shall be made within thirty days from the date of invoice.
Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd shall have the right to suspend deliveries to any account that becomes overdue.
We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments and claim compensation for debt recovery costs.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd reserves the right to make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, modify or change products previously sold.
Any claims whatsoever of any kind, including shortages, unsatisfactory quality, etc. must be notified within three days of receipt of products.
All returns or cancelled orders, other than faulty or damaged, are subject to a re-stocking charge.
Deductions from the invoice are not allowed, a credit note will be issued if warranted.
CARRIAGE AND CHARGES
All postage/packing at cost.
All other goods carriage at cost.
All carriage charges plus VAT at rate prevailing.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the products to the address specified in your order within seven working days after we receive the order unless otherwise notified.
Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd shall not accept liability or loss arising from any delay or failure to deliver stock or goods for any reason.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. All backorders will be considered open unless cancelled by the customer or a specified cancellation date is noted on the purchase order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size, colour etc., but you will still have to pay return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to sales@gamekeepafeeds.co.uk, or call on our business phone at 01827 383993.
E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
WARRANTY AND ACKOWLEDGEMENT
Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd warrants their products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for thirty days from the purchase date. Abuse, normal wear and tear or damage due to improper size selection is not covered under the company’s limited warranty.
You warrant that you are fully entitled to purchase the products you order and that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete and not misleading.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The property in the goods will not pass to you until payment of the price for the goods (and for all the goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due) has been made in full. Until such time you will hold the goods as our Bailee and Fiduciary Agent, storing the goods separately from other goods so that they can be identified as our property and keep the same protected and insured.
Until the property in the goods has been passed to you, you shall be entitled to resell or use the goods in the ordinary course of your business but shall account to us for such element of the proceeds of sale otherwise of the goods, including insurance proceeds, as is equivalent to the price and shall keep all such separate from any other monies or properties of your own and other parties.
