TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed with Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd through our website, by telephone, by email, by mail order, by account order or by any other agreed method.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Products
We supply game rearing, shooting, poultry, smallholder, pest control, country clothing, footwear, netting, fencing, feed, seed, disinfectant and countryside products.
We aim to describe products as accurately as possible. Product images, colours, sizes, packaging and specifications may vary slightly from time to time, especially where manufacturers update their products.
All goods are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, discontinued, delayed or incorrectly priced, we will contact you before completing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, restricted, unsuitable for carriage, or where we are unable to verify required customer information.
3. Restricted, hazardous and specialist products
Some products we sell may be restricted, hazardous, heavy, bulky, specialist, regulated or suitable only for lawful and responsible use.
This may include, but is not limited to, pest control products, rodenticides, traps, chemicals, disinfectants, gas equipment, shooting accessories, gun cabinets, gun care products, feed, seed and other specialist countryside products.
By ordering these products, you confirm that:
- you are legally entitled to purchase and use the goods;
- the goods will be used only for lawful purposes;
- you will follow all manufacturer instructions, safety information and legal requirements;
- you will provide proof of age, identity, professional use, licence, certification or other information if reasonably requested;
- you will store, use and dispose of the goods safely and responsibly.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe a product is unsuitable, unlawful, unsafe, restricted, or if required checks are not completed.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery, carriage, postage and packing charges are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods shown at checkout or otherwise agreed by us.
For online orders, payment is normally taken when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund any amount paid for goods we cannot supply.
For approved account customers, payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend further deliveries to overdue accounts and to charge reasonable debt recovery costs, interest and administration charges where legally permitted.
6. Order acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods.
An order acknowledgement, website confirmation or automated email does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
The order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.
7. Delivery
We offer UK delivery on a wide range of products.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and normally deliver within seven working days of receiving your order unless we contact you to advise otherwise.
Due to the varied nature of the products we sell, including bulky, heavy, fragile, high-value, hazardous, restricted or specialist items, some orders may require a specific delivery method or carriage quote.
Where the online delivery charge does not cover the most suitable or cost-effective delivery option, we will contact you by phone or email before processing the order.
Postage and packing charges are calculated according to the size, weight, quantity, delivery area and product type, plus VAT where applicable.
Local collection may be available from Gamekeepa Feeds & Supplies Ltd at Raddle Lane, Edingale. Please contact us if you need advice on delivery, large orders or specialist items.
8. Failed delivery, incorrect address and re-delivery
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
If an order is delayed, returned or lost because incorrect delivery information was supplied, we may charge reasonable re-delivery or return costs.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is available to receive it, or because delivery instructions are not followed, any additional carriage charges may be payable by the customer.
9. Risk and ownership
For consumer customers, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
For business customers, risk passes on delivery to the delivery address, carrier, collection point or nominated person.
Ownership of goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.
For business account customers, we retain title to all goods supplied until all outstanding sums due to us have been paid in full.
10. Consumer cancellation rights for online, telephone and distance orders
If you are a consumer customer buying online, by telephone, by email or by mail order, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You do not have to give a reason for cancelling.
If your order is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period normally runs from the day after you receive the final item.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days unless we agree otherwise.
11. Returning unwanted goods
Returned goods should be unused, complete, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless we have agreed otherwise, or unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Please include your name, order number, contact details and reason for return inside the parcel.
We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
12. Refunds for cancelled consumer orders
Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge.
If you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery option, only the standard delivery amount will be refunded.
We may reduce the refund if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if goods are returned used, damaged, incomplete or not in a resaleable condition.
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
13. Items that may not be suitable for return
Some products may not be suitable for return once opened, used, unsealed, mixed, installed, damaged, contaminated or altered.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- perishable goods;
- feed and seed products;
- chemicals, disinfectants and pest control products;
- rodenticides and poison products;
- gas equipment and safety-related products;
- hygiene-sensitive items;
- goods made to order or specially ordered;
- products that have been mixed inseparably with other goods;
- goods that cannot safely or lawfully be returned once opened.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
Please contact us before returning any hazardous, chemical, bulky, restricted or specialist item so we can advise on the correct and safe return method.
14. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order details and photographs where relevant.
For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include refund, repair, replacement or another suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
15. Shortages and delivery damage
Please check goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If there are shortages, visible damage or delivery issues, please tell us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter.
Failure to notify us immediately does not remove your statutory rights, but prompt notification helps us deal with carrier claims and replacement arrangements quickly.
16. Exchanges
Where goods are unused, complete and in resaleable condition, we may agree to exchange an item, subject to availability.
The customer is responsible for return postage and any re-delivery cost for exchange items unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise agreed by us.
17. Business customer returns
Business-to-business returns are not automatically covered by consumer cancellation rights.
Returns from business customers are at our discretion unless goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.
A restocking charge may apply to business customer returns where legally permitted and agreed by us.
Special order, made-to-order, restricted, hazardous, perishable, opened, used or non-stock items may not be returnable.
18. Product use and safety
Customers must read and follow all labels, instructions, warnings, safety data sheets and manufacturer guidance.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, failure to follow instructions, unlawful use, unsafe storage, unsuitable application or normal wear and tear.
19. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory rights where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or consequential loss.
For business customers, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
20. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include carrier delays, supplier shortages, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, fire, flood, disease outbreak, restrictions, legal changes, power failure, internet failure or other events beyond our control.
21. Privacy
We process personal information in order to manage orders, payments, delivery, customer service, account administration and legal obligations.

22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms that apply to your order are the terms in force at the time your order is placed.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
